Rev’d Michael was installed by Bishop John Stead, assistant bishop of Bathurst Diocese.

Rev’d Michael and his family, wife Chloe, and children, Meg, Jack and William, have moved into the Rectory adjacent to Holy Trinity and will be there full-time, though Michael will be looking after both Grenfell and Eugowra Parishes, as well as continuing in his position of Youth Ministry Co-ordinator for Bathurst Anglican Diocese.

Michael and Chloe met in Wagga Wagga in 1999, through a Bible College outreach, and were married in Sydney in 2001.

In 2006, Michael was licensed as a Lay Minister at West Ryde before moving to Bathurst in 2009, where he took up a position with a focus on Youth Ministry.

In late 2009, he was ordained Deacon in All Saints’ Cathedral, Bathurst and, in 2010, he became the co-ordinator of Youth Ministry for Bathurst and the whole diocese.

Late last year, Michael was ordained as a Priest at Bathurst and became Asst. Parish Priest of Kelso Parish.

It is from Kelso that he and his family came to Grenfell.

May they be happy to stay with us for many years!
