The course is designed to further develop local skills to support the Weddin Wildplant Community Nursery, and to provide participants with industry-recognised qualifications for their career.

Participants will provide a bond to demonstrate commitment to complete the course, in return for the full course at no cost, for fee-paying positions.

Starting in early August, the certificate course will run at Grenfell TAFE for two days on every second week until the end of the semester in late 2012. The teacher will be Sue Wakefield, who will return after having given great benefit from her experience to the attendees of the recent introductory course that she taught.
